All sales are final. No refunds or credits. Exchanges can only be made for a different size of the same style item (if inventory allows). Please review our Ordering and Shipping FAQs page for more details.

You must be attending Crash My Playa 2025 to order Pre-Sale merchandise items. Your merchandise will be available for pick up during the check-in process and can only be collected by the purchaser with valid ID. Will Call Merchandise pick up will be located within each check-in area during pre-designated hours. Orders not collected by January 16, 2025 will be returned to inventory.

Want to shop the full merchandise line in person? Official merchandise will also be available for purchase at the resort during show days. Please note that items may sell out during the pre-sale and inventory will be limited on-site. Any remaining merchandise will be available on this site after the event.
